I’m Susan Waters, a Product Development Specialist, innovator, and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience specializing in innovation within the baby industry. I am the visionary and founder behind BreathableBaby®, a company founded on a mission to create smart, safe sleep products that simplify parenthood.

My expertise spans the entire design and product development process, from inception to finished production, and played a critical role in growing brand equity to $10 million. As a result of my innovations, I helped change and develop new safety standards and guidelines in baby bedding and received numerous patents, trademarks, and industry awards.

Outside of BreathableBaby®, I look forward to partnering with creatives and brands to create exceptional, innovative products that authentically connect with their customers.
